The following general terms and conditions govern the use and purchase of products on our website www.zen-zone.ch . By using our website and concluding a purchase agreement, you accept these conditions in full. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

Product presentation
The products presented on our website are not binding offers, but represent a non-binding invitation to submit a purchase offer. Product images may differ from the actual appearance. Deviations in size and color are possible and do not constitute a defect, provided they are not significant for the purpose of the contract.
Prices and payment
The prices indicated on the website are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will only be clearly communicated at the end of the ordering process. Payments are due immediately after the contract has been concluded. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by submitting an order on our website and the subsequent confirmation by us via email. The automatic order confirmation does not represent acceptance of the purchase offer, but merely serves to inform you that the order has been received.
delivery and shipping
Delivery times and shipping costs are stated on the website. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Any delivery impediments will be communicated to the customer immediately. In the event of delivery delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events, there is no right to compensation.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has a legal right of cancellation, about which he will be informed in accordance with the legal provisions. Information on the right of cancellation and returns is available on our website.
a) Right of withdrawal:
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract in the event of defects or faulty goods within 14 days from the day on which he took possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration by email and attaching photos or by post.
b) Consequences of revocation:
The customer must return the goods to ZENZONE promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which he notified us of the cancellation of the contract. The customer shall bear the return costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the customer will receive a voucher for the value of the returned products, which can be used for future purchases in the online furniture shop. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for the refund.
c) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or for contracts for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
d) Returns:
The customer is requested to check the goods carefully and to package them appropriately when returning them to avoid damage. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Return policy before shipping the goods
Before your order is processed by our warehouse staff, you have the opportunity to cancel it free of charge. Immediately after we receive your order, in-stock items are processed by our automated warehouse system. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service.
Once your order has been processed or shipped by us, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, we ask you to accept the products and return them at your own expense.
a) Return policy after dispatch of the goods
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day on which he took possession of the goods only in case of defects or defective goods.
b) Return policy for special order goods
For products that are not in stock and have been specifically requested from the manufacturer, a return may incur a fee of 10-100 percent of the order value, depending on the product and return date.
c) Validity of the return policy
The cancellation will only become effective after you have received confirmation from us by email or telephone.
d) Responsibility for return
You are responsible for returning your items safely. This means you must ensure that the return arrives to us in its original condition. Therefore, please package your return carefully, preferably in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for damages due to slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations or damage to life, body or health are affected.

The privacy policy is an integral part of these terms and conditions and regulates the collection, processing and use of personal data.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zug, Switzerland.
