When will my order be delivered?
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time is indicated on the product page. When ordering different products, the delivery time may vary and you may receive the orders individually.
The delivery time depends on our logistics partners, so we cannot provide an exact delivery date after you place your order.
We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped and provide a more precise delivery date as soon as your order is on its way.
Deliveries are only made on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

If your shipping address is different than your billing address, you can enter a different billing address in checkout when paying by credit card.
For all other payment methods, the billing address that is stored in your account for the payment method applies (e.g. PayPal account).

If you have not received an order confirmation, first check your spam folder in your email inbox . Sometimes it happens that the order confirmation ends up here.
If you have already checked this, then send us an email to support@zen-zone.ch and we will send you an order confirmation separately or again.

To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer payment with common payment methods such as credit card , PayPal , Klarna , ApplePay and Twint .
With Klarna you can also pay after 30 days if you want.

With Klarna you can pay for your order after 30 days.
Our payment service provider in Switzerland does not currently support any other financing option.
As soon as there is news here, we will also offer longer-term financing.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Delivery is free for orders with a shopping cart value of CHF 200 or more . For a shopping cart worth less than CHF 200, delivery costs amount to CHF 19.90 .

We also offer the following services for large furniture :
Floor delivery:
Delivery to your floor (CHF 99)
Floor delivery + assembly service:
In addition, our logistics partner will assemble your furniture (CHF 179)
Floor delivery + assembly service + disposal of old furniture:
We will also dispose of your old furniture (CHF 279)
If you would like to have your furniture delivered, select one of these additional services in the delivery methods checkout.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
